Coaching Model - our coaching methods are based on the FA four corner principles. Technical - developing skills and understanding. The format is unopposed technical practice, uneven conditioned skills practice and small sided games. Physical - agility, balance and co-ordination, including functional movement. Psychology - addresses individual personality and behaviour, understanding how different children learn the game to perform and compete. All personnel are ECRB checked and hold an up to date Child Welfare Certificate	Commitment To Development Patience is a key factor in our approach to coaching, we encourage children to solve problems, let them make mistakes and support them to make their own decisions. We believe children learn more in an environment where they ask questions and come up with the answers. OTB is committed to developing programmes to encourage children to improve their own individual skills irrespective of ability, age or gender. We believe children should be On The Ball and the sessions are designed for the children to practice with a ball at their feet to develop their skill, confidence and creative play. We hope to encourage children to practice at home by making football fun to learn and play.
